Because the Lightning Process is a training programme, and not a therapy (ie it is not 'done to you') it is important that you are ready, so that you can truly benefit.

Answering the questions on the application form may help you to decide if you are ready to take the course. We also recommend that you read and listen to the recovery stories on this site and on the Lightning Process site (Kate's is on there). If you would like to talk directly to people who have successfully used the Lightning Process we would be happy to put you in touch with others who have used the Process to transform their lives.

However, if, after all of this, you feel cynical or just want to see what happens, then now is probably not the right time for you, you will probably be wasting your time and money.
