Structure and Fees
There are a number of options available to suit your needs: Option 1 – Full Support
We consider the pre and post support to be an integral part of the Lightning Process training. And this inclusive option has been designed to support you fully on your jouney to complete health, wellness and happiness. Kate Gare offers one of the most comprehensive support structures to Lightning Process participants. The cost of this option is £690, but if you book your place during the summer and autumn special the fee is reduced to £590.
Option 2 – Training Only
This option includes the initial assessment and the training only. The cost of this option is £590. If you want follow up coaching or the support CD they will be available for an additional fee.
Lightning Process training:
The training days are consecutive and will normally be in small groups (up to seven people). Additional Suppport Should subsequent sessions be required outside of the comprehensive support structure outlined above they are available at a cost of £65 per hour.
Building Your Future Seminars There are three key ways to ensure you stay on track and get long-term value from the Lightning Process training: 1. Remember that this is a training programme – you will needs to use the Lightning Process as often as needed
2. Contact Kate Gare whenever you feel you need to. The Lightning Process teaches you to work out solutions to whatever comes up in your life, but sometimes we all need a bit of support to work out how to put it into practice. We’d much rather help you work out simple solutions than have you be stuck with an issue for days. So please get in touch if you need to.
3. Take the Building Your Future Seminars
Spread over three months the Building Your Future seminars are designed to help you effectively implement the Lightning Process in every aspect of your life.
We know that you have covered a lot of important material during your Lightning Process training and we want to ensure that you are able to continue to both use the Process properly and get the most of your training in the long-term. The seminars are designed to re-cover core points of the training programme and also to assist you in moving forward with any old or new issues and challenges that might arise.
Kate Gare is one of only seven Advanced Practitioners chosen to run the Building Your Future Seminars.
The courses are run one afternoon a month for three months and you can attend one, two or three of the seminars, although all three are recommended. The courses are available regularly in Clapham, London, and Bromley, Kent.
The fees are £80 per seminar or £210 for all three seminars when you book them together.

It's a wonderful place to learn the Lightning Process.
