Lightning ProcessThe Lightning Process courses with Advanced Practitioner Kate Gare offer one of the most comprehensive post-course support structures to participants. The next course dates and locations are:

Once you have completed and returned your application form she will contact you to discuss it and confirm your place on a course.

Structure and Fees
There are a number of options available to suit your needs: Option 1 – Full Support
We consider the pre and post support to be an integral part of the Lightning Process training. And this inclusive option has been designed to support you fully on your jouney to complete health, wellness and happiness. Kate Gare offers one of the most comprehensive support structures to Lightning Process participants. The cost of this option is £690.
Option 2 – Training Only
This option includes the initial assessment and the training only. The cost of this option is £590. If you want follow up coaching or the support CD they will be available for an additional fee.
Lightning Process training:
The training days are consecutive and will normally be in small groups (up to seven people). Additional Suppport Should subsequent sessions be required outside of the comprehensive support structure outlined above they are available at a cost of £65 per hour.
Coaching, NLP, EFT and Hypnotherapy (or any combination of) The therapies and coaching offered work effectively on their own and also complement each other to form powerful tools and techniques for change. A one hour appointment costs £65 and they are available on weekdays and some evenings. Coaching and EFT are also available over the phone. The Awareness Centre, in zone 2, is located just five minutes from Clapham Common, and the nearest tube stations are Clapham Common and Clapham South. Abbeville Road is often called ‘Abbeville Village’ for its tranquil feel away from the hustle of London life and The Awareness Centre is a centre for calmness and health.
There is plenty of free parking available on Saturday and Sunday, and during the week meter parking is available. If you are booking a Lightning Process course in Clapham details about local accommodation options (hotels and B&Bs) will be provided when you book. The Therapy Centre, 96 Martins Road, Shortlands, Bromley, Kent BR2. www.thetherapycentre.org.uk The Therapy Centre is a few minutes walk from Shortlands Station, Bromley which is just 25 minutes by train from central London (Victoria) and easily reached from other parts of Kent (3 minutes from Bromley South). Free or cheap meter parking is available. Treat Balham, Unit 7, Hildreth Street Mews, Balham, London, SW12 9RZ. www.treat-balham.co.uk Treat Balham opened in October 2008 in a peaceful Mews just off Balham High Road. The Mews is also home to a Bikram Yoga Centre. About 5 minutes walk from Balham Station (zone three) the clinic is easily reached via underground or overland trains. Free parking is available nearby. Community House, South Street, Bromley BR1 1RH Community House is in central Bromley and is a great place to learn the Lightning Process.
