Lightning Process

The structure of the Lightning Process:
- Initial discussion
- Assessment

Training
- Day 1 : 3-4 hours
- Day 2 : 3-4 hours
- Day 3 : 1 hour (individual session or 2-3 hours group session)
- Coaching session of 60 mins (either one 60 min or two 30min sessions).
The training days are consecutive and will tend to be in small groups (up to six people).
The sessions on either side of the training will tend to be over the phone. We have found that group sessions are very effective with the Lightning Process.
Fees
£590 inclusive of the above and the follow up support CD.
Coaching, NLP, EFT and Hypnotherapy (or any combination of)

The Awareness Centre is located just five minutes from Clapham Common, and the nearest tube stations are Clapham Common and Clapham South.
There is plenty of free parking available on the Saturday and Sunday, and during the week meter parking is available (maximum four hours). If you are booking the Lightning Process training, details about local accommodation options (hotels and B&Bs) will be provided when you book.
We also run Lightning Process courses in Bromley and at the Holistic Personal Development (HPD) Centre, 137 Kirkdale, Sydenham, London, SE26. The HPD Centre is just 4 miles from Bromley, 5 from Croydon, 2 from East Dulwich and less than a mile from the South Circular (A205). It can be easily accessed by train from Victoria or London Bridge (both 13 minutes away).
